Description
It's no secret that we have a housing crisis in the UK, which is odd because there are plenty of comfortable unoccupied bedrooms every night at the same time as some are homeless or sleep, or try to, with no heating, or mold on the walls.

The government's answer is to build more & more houses, often on the greenbelt, that people can't afford, or if they can they spend the next forty years stressing about their mortgage & filling their pride & joy with all sorts of crap that only ends up in landfill, & when they can no longer take care of it, or themselves, they are forced to sell it to pay for care home fees where if they are lucky someone might visit them once a fortnight.

It's not the best of models, is it? Surely we can do better. This group is dedicated to discussing how.
